Dr. Joffi Chacko

Hi All,

This is Punita Sagar and this account is in the name of my darling daughter "Navya". Its not the story of the birth of my daughter but it's about my 2nd pregnancy, we ( me & my husband) were really thrilled and excited to know that I was pregnant for the 2nd time and that happened in Nov 20. Then immediately we started searching for a best and honest doctor who can guide us thru this journey and is capable to take care of all ups and downs come what may throughout these approx 39 - 40 weeks , A companion whom we can trust blindly. We tried few doctors at a couple of other renowned hospitals but we were not satisfied. Then god directed us to Doctor Joffi Chacko, when we met her for the first time in OPD we found her very calm, sharp and intelligent, she listened to us patiently for about 30 to 40 mins as there were few complications we were going thru and we wanted to share each bit of that with her and take her advice. Let me tell you it was a high risk pregnancy and lot of questions, apprehensions were going thru our mind which we wanted answers on. Trust me after meeting her we got all answers and were fully satisfied. We thought that let's continue with her for few weeks, observe the intent, subject matter expertise and if there are any concerns we may look for another expert.

Thereafter we started consulting her as per the fixed routines, started working as per her advice and things started becoming absolutely normal and smooth. She is one of the very rare doctors who will take time out to call you on mobile to take updates on your health, medicine routines etc. even after OPD.

We started feeling like she is another member of our family like a sister to me, who take care of me with her whole heart and soul. Finally the D-day came and she advised us the best that helped us to save on financials and had a great impact on overall health of me and my new born baby.

By God's grace we blessed with a baby boy this time on 4th August ( we are not gender bias couple), we would have been equally happy even it was a girl child.

We would highly recommend Dr. Joffi for all your gyanae needs, whatever critical the situation may be she will handle it with a broad smile and save you like God. There is a phrase in Hindi " Doctor bhagwan ka roop hota hai" we started believing it after meeting Doctor Joffi.

Dr. Joffi is a wonderful human being and a very good doctor. I had visited her for my perianal abscess. I had been in excruciating pain. She very calmly heard out my problem and checked me up thoroughly and gave me proper medication. But since the infection got bad it needed surgery. She was empathetic and efficient. I was very nervous and scared of the surgery but she gave me the courage and confidence that all would be well. Even though she was busy with other deliveries that day but she kept coming and checking on me now and then while the nursing staff got me ready for the surgery. She did my surgery and all went well by God's grace and mercy. After the surgery she came to check on me and did my dressing daily even on days when she was not rostered at the hospital and kept messaging and checking on my health many times during my stay at the hospital. When I got discharged I had to frequent the hospital to get my dressing done. She was always there for me and did not keep me waiting and with her love n care I made a quick recovery. She would call me and check if the prescribed medication was being taken regularly and would take an update about my wound and overall health. I had my surgery on the 11th of June 2021 and I have recovered completely but she always calls in or messages to check on my well being. I am yet to see such goodness in the world these days. Her sweet smile, warm hugs and caring nature gave me the confidence that I was in the hands of a good doctor.

A bit late feedback but I will be sharing an honest and transparent experience I had with Dr. Joffi. I met Dr. Joffi around July 2020 during my 2nd month of pregnancy. As it could happen with every other individual, I also had some uncertainty meeting a new doctor. I was excited being a mother for the 2nd time. The excitement gets doubled when you are in the hands of a good doctor. A doctor, who not only helps you in sailing through a smooth journey of the pregnancy but is there for you whenever you need them. With Dr. Joffi, it was a perfect blend of both the things. I have rarely seen a doctor who on their own reach out to their patient via messages/calls to check if everything is going fine and if there is any help needed. There will be rare of the doctors who would check on you if the prescribed medicines are being taken as they should be. This is what Dr. Joffi is. She will not forget you the moment you leave her cabin; rather she will be there with you whenever you need her. She takes the accountability of the entire journey and ensures you get the best of the comfort even in difficult times. Today, my little daughter is 3 months old and I have a huge huge respect for the doctor the way she made my journey look super smooth. She is a blend of both, a perfect individual and a professional doctor. I wish her a marvellous career ahead and may she keep helping all the prospect mothers in the best of her capacity.

Doctor Joffi is just amazing. She is such a wonderful doctor whom you can trust, express all your issues and feelings which she really cares to listen and advise with so much clear details. Her guidance through out my pregnancy was just awesome and I always felt very confident when I visited her in hospital. She was never reluctant to answer any queries. She is truly a doctor having friendly and personal touch which really helps a mom to sail through the pregnancy. My whole pregnancy and delivery were so well managed by Doctor Joffi from day one. I am again excited to meet her for my post-natal check-up. I highly recommend Dr. Joffi to all my friends. Thank you Doctor for making the journey so smooth and comfortable. Really wonderful memory attached with you.

Such a lovable doctor she becomes very friendly and treats me like her own family ..i loved my whole journey with Dr Joffi Chacko mam ....she spends more time to understand her patients health condition...she is in touch with her patient throughout journey.. she keeps on checking updating patients health,

Some key notables: Even their huge rush in OPD for Dr., she takes sufficient time till the patient query or concern being addressed. That's very responsible move by mam.

Pregnancy do need care and timely guidance for mother and child wellbeing, Which Dr. Joffi Chacko ensure it to the core.

We Consulted Dr. Joffi Chacko for entire 9 months of my pregnancy, we were finally blessed with a healthy baby girl on May 28th delivered under the supervision of Dr. Joffi. In this entire period, I feel blessed with the support, guidance, care and the empathy of Dr. Joffi. She treated us like a family member and gave all great advises with a big smile. She was in touch with us through whatsapp and calls throughtout these 9 months and often used to enquire about my wellbeing, this was of great help as we used to take advice from her whenever it was not possible to visit the OPD.

I was suffering from gynae problems and doctors advised for surgery for the last one year but I wasn’t confident to undergo surgery. Then my cousin had suggested about Dr Joffi. When I visited her, she explained everything clearly and professionally by maintaining patients dignity and respect; I didn’t take much time to go ahead with the treatment. She’s such a nice person with lots of confidence, humbleness and values one’s money, time and situations. I would suggest Dr Joffi for everyone who has gynae problems and pregnancy related concerns. I had a wonderful journey right from the beginning of my first consultation to consult with her along with the baby after delivery . She is an amazing human being . She I always related quite clearly and deeply and always treated with a friendly touch. The process of motherhood became very easy , calm and refreshing because of her presence. I think she is part of my family which just got further extended. I am overwhelmed By the warmth and treatment of dr Joffi and feel very lucky to start my journey with her .

*** ***** *** **** *** ** *** **** *********** ****** * **** ********* ***** she is not only an expert in her field but is also a good human and counsellor, many times she helped me feel secure about my pregnancy when it was a high risk case, I recently delivered 2 little girl twins, they were pre term but absolutely healthy and did not have to stay in NICU for long, this wouldn’t have been possible without Joffi’s expertise and understanding. Her availability and jovial nature is something that other doctors can learn from her.

My experience with Dr Joffi was very nice. I visited her at very initial stage of pregnancy and she made my whole pregnancy journey very smooth. I felt very comfortable with her during my pregnancy. She guided me whenever required in all possible ways as it was my first pregnancy and she was always available to help at anytime.
