I started with single consultation of Rs 2000 with ma’am for PCOS program as i was not sure whether i would be able to follow the program or not. I was glad that I got in touch with Dt. Ashu Gupta Ma'am. She helped me with my nutrition plan and kegel exercise to cope up with my changing body.
Initially I was reluctant to go for a long term commitment with Ma'am as I wasn't sure if she is the right fit for me, so I started with one time consultation for nutritional plan for pregnancy and paid only 2000 Rs. After the initial success I enrolled myself for annual packages with Ma'am. I am happy with the results I am getting.

I consulted Dt.Ashu Gupta regarding my diabetes and my obesity. It was good to have someone understand your problem exactly the way it was. She curated customised diet plan and exercise schedule for me. I started seeing the effect of it within a quarter. My sugar level started getting normal and my weight reduced drastically. The best part about my customised diet plan and exercise routine is it doesn't change my daily schedule majorly. I really liked how she encouraged me to take baby steps towards my ultimate goal.
