Visited Dr. Divya Sharma (Dentist)
We went to Tooth Saver dental Clinic owned by Dr.Divya Sharma in Gaur City 1 , Greater Noida, UP, for my husband's tooth extraction to be done by Dr. Shruti Sharma, a visiting specilaist at her clinic after a day. Post surgery as patient we could only know Dr Shruti's name.. When we asked her to share her contact number for any complication post surgery, she did not give us any contact or reference, infact, Dr. Divya Sharma told me," you cannot demand lady's number", which was shocking and disrespect to the patient who got treated at her clinic. That was very unresponsive and rude of her and My husband opted another dentist to get stitches removed.
Is this a way educated and respectable patients are treated and not allowed to access treating surgeon? Do patients have no right to talk to concerned treating doctors and abuse patients ,that we are asking for lady's no. it is undignified gesture by you Dr. Divya Sharma.
We would not recommend to visit her as she is very rude to patient, shows no care and empathy and value money only .
