Hi.... i was having some eye allergy n taken medicine from local chemist bt it did nor work,, then i visit dr. Ruchi she checked the problem n adviced me the medicine n it really worked in two doses.... thank u Dr. Ruchi

I and my mother went for eye checkup.

For the 10 years of wearing specs and getting regular checkups, first time i felt like some people living in stone age when the doctor examined me and my mother.

After dilating both eyes she went forward to find the correct number of lenses by the method of hit-n-trial. And I must tell it was the worst way I've ever seen in my life. I told her before that I have cylindrical number where I get terrible headache if I don't wear correct number. Her hit and trial method gave me worst headache of my life.

If you are wondering what's the correct way of checkup, it is to first get the number through the machine and then proceed. Then it needs at max 3-4 combinations of lenses to get the correct number.

I'm not visiting again for sure and won't advise anyone else.

Now I need to get another checkup as I'm not sure of her diagnosis

All well but paying Rs. 1000 for 5 min appointment is too much.... Moreover the medicine written was not available in whole of faridabad, had to ask her to advice another medicine.

The doctor is very friendly and thorough in her investigation of the issue. She is very clear in her communication and explain in detail plus clear all your doubts. I recommend her to all my acquaintance whosoever needs related services.

Doctor helped in understanding the issue and guided what further actions need to taken to improve the problem.
