I visited premium opd after rishi gupta returned from holiday. I waited for 3 days to meet him. On consultation he couldn't focus as He was too busy with other medical procedures along with opd He recommended tests and asked me to return with reports of ecg and kft. Heart situation is bad which was evident from recent other reports...
The reports ecg and kft were available only at 10PM...I waited to meet doctor till 8.45 PM. I was told he is in OT. Then later I returned to collect the report.and show to doctor but by that time he left hospital. I think this premium opd process is faulty.
