I don't know where or how to start the review because to write it I have to remind myself of my dark phase which is scary! I was in depression and also had OCD for a very long time. How much ever I worked or how much ever I tried I never felt happiness. I never used to understand why. An incident had happened in my life and I had realised that I had changed after that. Something is very unsettling inside me but never knew what to do about it. Finally after a lot of thinking and researching about psychiatrists I ended up at Dr. Meenakshi Jain's clinic -Happy Brain . I didn't have to explain much. With just few words and by my behavior she diagnosed me.

I thank Dr. Meenakshi Jain for resurrecting my life at the age of 45. Since my childhood and teens, I had mood swings, eating problems, and depression. With time I developed anxiety and multiple issues around it. Some were of a serious nature and despite visits to naturopaths, healers, holistic doctors and homeopaths, I was never able to progress. I even went to various psychotherapists, and psychiatrists, and took medication. I felt worse after the counseling, wallowing in self pity. The medications gave me side effects. I went through my personal life as a failure, and through my professional life with some success, managed with difficulty. This continued for decades. These issues did not even show up in the tests. That was when the magic happened. She clearly explained my issues and what is going on so well that I was convinced I can trust her and her medication. She sent a prescription and I researched on the medication, and followed her assurance about the same. What happened next was life-changing. I began to show dramatic improvement within 2 weeks and had almost no side effects. The mild disturbances were very carefully and sensitively ironed out by him. Thanks to this magician, I have no conflicts and distress with family members now, people can trust me, and I have a positive new attitude towards people and life. My fears and negative thoughts are gone. I feel good. I had never known what it feels to live without terrible debilitating states of psychological confusion and sickness. Now I do.
