The doctor only requested us to get the tests (blood work and x-rays) done from the laboratories he recommended without even bothering to assess her health. It is obvious that he wanted to receive his share of money from these labs. He refused to prescribe my daughter any medication that could provide some alleviation for her condition despite repeated requests.

Bad experience ever! *********** ** *** ********** *** ********* **** ****** I highly respect docs for the great work they do. but feedback is also important for all professionals.The staff was highly unprofessional and had mismanaged the patient queues. I took an appointment on call and yet waited for 40 mins despite reaching there on time. Moreover, the staff had the audacity to lie that I was 15 mins late. ****** ** *** ******* * ***** ** ********* ** ******* ** ***** *** ********* ***** ****** ** ***** When I visited the doc, I had a blocked ear and there was lot of dry wax. The doc removed it and sent me home. Dr Arora attended me gently. Cleared both of my ears. Pain/ Ache was relieved. There was again pain after two hours and feeling of heaviness in ear (LHS). I will have to check with Dr Arora for this.
