Dr. Deepak Sachdeva explained the problem to me in layman terms without any complicated terms. The doctor checked me patiently & recommended basic yet effective steps to change in my daily routine. The yoga treatment recommended by the doctor has also shown very good results. Overall I would recommend Dr. Deepak Sachdeva to anyone looking to improve health without any surgery or medicines

I had seen Dr. Deepak Sachdeva at Medical Yoga Center for a lower back issue, and he has been nothing short of a lifesaver for me! Because of him, I have healed tremendously, and I am back to doing things normally that I never thought I would do again. His place is friendly and very knowledgeable. He thinks outside of the box, and he is the one who found that my symptoms need treatment from both expanding the disks and then strengthening the muscles and treated me with the right approach. I would not be as well as I am today without his care. If you are considering him, don't think twice!

The staff is very good. Got the pain relief as I progressed with exercise. Got flexibility in body. Got stress relief. Dr told me that my condition can't improve much but I am relived at medical yoga center. Prolonged standing and sitting was not possible before. I am good now. People who have cervical, lumber, knee pain can come and join medical yoga.

I have tried everything for my bad back but nothing worked to that extend and then someone suggested me about medical yoga centre. After few weeks treatment my back pain was fully gone.
