I had been suffering from that more than 6-7 years. Before meeting to mam I even didn't know the name of that disease I was suffering from so long bcz everybody told me that I worry so much (but no it was not) .I had consulted so many doctors even psychiatrist too . But I never got relief from that .

I am very fortunate to find her. She is very friendly very practical in her approach and offers unique patient oriented solution and not regular do this do that type cliche remedies. She has always preferred to make me improve myself rather than being dependent on any medication or person but at the same time guided me when i was in dark and provided me with tools for coping with my illness. Even when I gave up hope on myself Mansi Mam helped me to go back on track and never gave up on me. Thank you mam. Looking forward to more improvement under you.
P.S. Please note that therapy is a long marathon and not sprint race. It takes time patience and multiple sessions. If you choose Mansi Mam just think of her as your guide, follow what she says and keep doing it. You won't regret it. Read less

Dr mansi usna fabulous listener. She is extremely non judgemental. And her solutions are extremely practical and applicable. I realized instead of asking the expert advice from friends it's better I should consult an "expert". I had lost faith in everybody including myself. She made me realize the importance of self love and self growth. A person who would always live in a dear of loneliness suddenly became comfortable with one's own company. She transformed me from a sobbing Meena Kumari to a rocking bombshell and happy "Veronica" . A lot of my friends said , counsellors only advice talk and nothing else. But I believe their piece of advice is the best . I am much more secure as a person emotionally and socially. I am happier and at peace.
