Called the clinic at 7 pm and took an appointment for 8 pm. Reached clinic at 8 pm and discovered that there were 11 patients in queue before me, which means an approximate waiting time of another 2 hours conservatively. This shows a humongous time mismanagement on the part of clinic staff.
