Dr. Ujjval Mehrotra

Dr. Ujjval Mehrotra, an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon by Training Currently Practices in Dehradun and Runs a Private Maxillofacial Practice by the Name of Face Mile – the Dentofacial Clinic Near Araghar Chowk, Haridwar Road. He Graduated From Seema Dental College and Hospital, Rishikesh and Thereafter Worked at a Private Clinic for a Year. He Developed a Keen Interest in Surgery and to Receive Further Training Went on to Pursue His Post Graduation in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery From the Prestigious Kle University, Belagavi. There He Underwent Extensive Training in Minor Oral Surgical Procedures, Surgical Implantology, Facial Trauma, Jaw Pathology, Cleft and Orthognathic Surgery to Name a Few. Working at One of the Busiest Tertiary Care Centres of North Karnataka, He Was Involved in Round the Clock Patient Care and Multi Disciplinary Patient Care in Collaboration With Other Specialities Like Ent, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery and Orthopaedics. During This Period He Worked at a Couple of Smile Train Centres and Developed Special Interest in Cleft Lip and Palate Care. Post Residency He Went for a Surgical Fellowship at the Agra Cleft and Craniofacial Centre (Abmss) Where He Learned the Nuances of Comprehensive Cleft Care, Facial Deformity Correction and Temporomandibular (Tmj) Disorders. He Likes to Keep Himself Updated and Attends Various Conferences and Workshops and Regularly Presents and Publishes Research Papers.
