What is protocol and detoxification for Zolpedem zolly 10mg per day taken from 3 months, Is this long term or cause any harm ?

Hello, Zolpidem at 10mg usually do not produce dependence. To be on safer side you can reduce it to 5 mg for few days and then stop it. Do not stop your other medication of depression and anxiety without consulting your practitioner.
