Zolfresh 5mg night before long drive
I have difficulty staying asleep. Sometimes my sleep is very bad like 2 to 3 hours only. I need to go for a long drive(400 kms) day after tomorrow early morning. Can I take zolfresh 5mg tomorrow night to catch 5-6 hours of sleep atleast. Is it safe ? Somewhere I read like zolpidem can cause impaired driving. Kindly advise.
