Hi,
Mineral deficiency could be because of various reason and food intolerance or malabsorption could also be the cause of it.
Where as food intolerance is due to any deficiency of enzymes needed to digest that specific food item, or any hypersensitivity reaction.
Both the condition may coexist and it requires treatment.
