Zandu Pancharista during pregnancy
My wife is pregnant and is having constipation, gas and acidity problem. Will it be safe to give her Zandu Pancharista. If yes what should the dosage?

This problem is due to stress and hyperacidity and constipation.

No I would not recommend medicines during pregnancy unless it is un avoidable. Constipation, gas and acidity are common during pregnancy. Increase intake of fresh fruits, drink 1 litre of warm water everyday. Cucumber juice and carrot juice taken everyday helps a lot too She should walk for 40 minutes daily ( of your gynaecologist has forbidden walking then do not do it). But if she has a normal safe pregnancy, she has to walk
