Yolk sac and fetal pole not seen
I had an ultrasound scan at 4week 3days.At this time yolk sac is seen but no fetal pole.Again in the second time ultrasound scan at 6week 4 days no yolk sac or no fetal pole is seen.I have literally no symptoms of pregnancy.Is this a common case or to be worried?

This is not normal
Blood tests of Hcg shud be done
Probably the pregnancy not growing well
