Hi For the past few days, a yellow substance is secreted while masturbating. It happens only during masturbation and not during urination. Whenever it secretes, there is a slight pain. I had no sexual intercourse ever till date. but while sleeping, i usually sleep on my belly. maybe there could have been a strain. help
