Yellow Spot Inside Throat of left side
7 days ago I have had chilled water, very next day I started feeling some kind of blockage in my neck and throat. I took erythromycin for 3 days, Also gargle for 3 days but nothing happened. Then I took Arzythomycine 500mg from pharmacy still issue was there. While swallowing I didn't feel any pain but its a kind lf itching need to clear throat very often. Today I felt pain in my head and ear side. I saw a yellow spot in my throat in left side also reddish skin in throat. Sir please tell me If this is serious or not? Please tell me why this has happened?

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. You need to continue antibiotics and do antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
