Yellow coloured substance is coming out
Yellow coloured substance is coming out of my son's eyes' which usually comes in white colour in the morning for most of us.
Corners of eyes have become red.
Besides that blocked nose, Mucas is coming out as thick & in yellow colour and his voice has also been changed.

Hello
Symptoms are suggestive of pharyngitis and conjunctivitis
Try
A.cold compresses
B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop
Consult local ENT specialist for sore throat
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly share photos of his eyes so that I may guide you better
