Hi, I am 42 male diabetic & yesterday my Fasting sugar was 173. For past couple of days I am having irritation, itching or burning sensation under the foreskin & tip of my penis. Sometimes discharge of dust or white particles. I am drinking cranberry juice which is sugar free but please let me know if I can take any more medicine to get rid of this infection
