i am a mother of a 2 year and still bf. from
Sometime i m having extreme pain in my lower back and heel bones. I feel stiffness and sharp pain at times. chekd my vit d level it was less so had a table once evry week for a month.
pls help

Going by your history, it seems calcium deficiency responsible for the symptoms. Low vit D levels is also responsible for the same as it is required for calcium absorption.
