X-Ray chest PA view
My nephew is 4 years old.His recent chest x-ray impression is as follows - 1) Subtle laziness in right para cardiac region 2) Minimal right pleural effusion. 3) Findings are suggestive of infective etiology. So what does it exactly means ? Anything serious ?

He has got some infection in his lungs.... Pleural effusion is evident to that. Exact cause will be known only after a few tests. For now start with antibiotics to settle down the infection. Hope the doctor is genuine and will cure with care.
