Wrong dosage of medicine
Vitamin D medicines prescribed for 10weeks was had 2 times a day for 10 days - is that an issue? What should be done to overcome any issue?
The medicine prescribed was Cap D3 Mist

Not a problem. But please don't missuse any medicines. Get your vitamin D checked again. Excess is also a big issue. Drink plenty of water . Max it should be taken 60 k once weekly . All the best
