Writer's Cramp
I faced this problem first in 2010 with my right hand. Now in 2019 I again face same issue with my left hand. Now my both hand suffering from writer's Cramp problem. I am a banker, facing lots of problem in performing my duties due to this problem. Please suggest me solution on it.

Writers Cramp does not come intermittently & resolve by itself. Your problem require more attention. If possible consider Neurology Consultation.
