Wrist Pain for 3 months(Twisted inwards)
MR scan findings are suggestive of post-traumatic synovitis in the radiocarpal & ulnocarpal joints with hemorrhagic signal in the pisotriquetral recess. The signal in the volar scapholunate ligament is likely due to degenerative mucoid change, in view of absence of increased scapholunate interval & signal in proximal pole of scaphoid.
