Wound on the left calf.

Asked for Male, 46 Years

A small little boil appeared on the calf, developed like eczema two years back. Consulted homeopathy, took medicine for one month recently. The wound now aggravated. Now itching and pus like discharge. No pain but itching. Used to wash with salt water.

Don't use salt water it will aggravate the infection. It looks like its infected. Please send your pics to me. Take oral antibiotics and topical antibiotics. For itching you can cetrizine sos. Best is send pics to me for better guidance
