Wound on scalp

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I've heard this small swelling on my scalp, it doesn't hurt that much. It however contains some pus and bleeds when i squeeze it, i can't see it proper because it's towards the back of my head. From a mirror it looks mall but I took a photo which magnifies it and made me worried. It looks like a small hole . I wish I could describe it further but don't know how. Can something dog through my scalp to my brain, am scared?
