Why u need daily dressing I need to know the severity of wound and also cause.
If your would is Minor and wound is not cause by any metal then u can do self dressing but if u got wound through iron metal then u need to go for tetanus vaccination.
I would like to suggest you u should consult with near by physician
Because without examination of would it is difficult to say anything
