Sir, Due to loose motion i had taken medicine. Now the matter is that some wound arose in my anal inside path way. Pls suggest.

when you have frequent watery stools and followed by repeated cleaning, you may develop anal fissure. this will respond to sitz bath and treating diarrhoea.
