Wound after working with rusted iron rod
Sir/ma'am
I got this small wound after handling some rusted iron rods during house maintenance. It's not big but it pains while moving finger. Should I get a titnes injection and get it covered with dressing? I am presently applying detol and boroline antiseptic cream over it .
