Hi, It's very normal when you have symptoms like throat pain cough cold and fever to think of coronavirus disease covid-19. Usually the incubation period of coronavirus is till 14 days but we usually see symptoms coming by day 5 of exposure. There hasn't been any significant contact history e either from any coronavirus positive patient or travel history coming from any foreign country. We should also understand that other diseases like typhoid malaria flu pneumonia etc are still prevalent. What's important is to remember these few Red flag signs which might help. Breathlessness at rest, cough with blood, cold and clammy skin, rash, neck stiffness,  sudden confusion, chest heaviness or pain. If these Red flag signs are present you must visit emergency of nearest hospital.

I feel she should be tested for COVID 19. The test can be done in few private lab now. But doctor need to see the patient in person. you can go to nearby designated hospital or a nearby physician and see if he can give prescription for test.
