Worried about my new sleep schedule
So most of my life I've been a night owl, sleeping from the am hours until noon or just after. But recently I got a job where I'm required to show up to work at 6am. At first it was rough but after a couple of weeks I settled into an odd sleeping schedule, I'll go to sleep between 1-2 am then get up around 5am, I then go back to sleep around 330 PM and wake up between 4-6 PM. My family is worried that this will cause lasting harm if I continue this sleep cycle, will it?

yes, sleep atleast 6 hours before work. and you can sleep for 2 hours after work, or get a full 8 hrs sleep before work.
