Worn down cartilage in knees
Hello I have been taking injections of hymovis in my knee. The orthopedic told me I have a tilted knee cap which is causing the issue. I'm 25 and very active. I have cut down a lot in the gym but still get pain. Would it be effective to take hyaluronic acid pills? Or is it ok to take them orally along with the injections I receive?

Undergo a proper rehabilitation for the tilted knee cap. Taping, stretching and strengthening exercises. The pain is due to excessive pressure at the lateral patellofemoral joint. Injections will be of very limited value.
