Worm inside stomach

I am father of 1year 2 month baby.
My baby is not eating well sometimes he didn't eat anything in a day and chidchidata hai. Most time. And also his weight is not increase in last two months. I think only 100 gram increased. And his body is looking thin.
Although his weight is 10.2 kg and his birth weight was 2.9 kg.
I am worry about stomach worm. Should I give any medicine for that.
I haven't given him any medicine for worm. Please help and suggest medicine

Hi.
Worms are common after 2 years of age only. So no worm medications required.
His weight is normal for his age.
Try different recipes and give food in small quantities and in frequent intervals.
