my wife is 45 days of pregnant, please advice me should have sex in initial periods of time? I did it is that affect her and my baby?

It is better to avoid as this is the most delicate part of pregnancy,first three months we do advise to avoid sex,and when she completes three months of pregnancy we need to do a sonography and see the placental position and then 4th,5th and 6th mths ate safe for sex.
