My period cycles are Jan 21,feb13,march12,april17,june7,july6,august3....is it fine..... before periods I experience spotting...whether spotting should be considered as periods or else proper flow of bleeding should be considered as periods

Spotting is not bleeding.
If it's a regular thing I suggest you consult gynceologist
