Your symptoms suggest that you might be experiencing withdrawal or rebound effects from stopping pregabalin (75 mg), which could explain the severe headaches and associated anxiety. Pregabalin works by calming overactive nerve signals, and when stopped suddenly or after prolonged use, your nervous system might temporarily overreact, leading to headaches, anxiety, or even heightened sensitivity to pain.
Next Steps
Pregabalin should be tapered gradually under medical supervision to avoid withdrawal effects. Abrupt discontinuation may worsen symptoms
Health Tips
Discuss alternatives with your doctor for future joint or nerve pain management to avoid reliance on pregabalin. • Non-medication therapies like physiotherapy or lifestyle changes can be helpful.
