Wired feeling in leg and head

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am 27year old male. Having high bo medicine for last 1year... From last 3week I am feeling wired sensation some time numb feeling in my left leg hand and face .. and wired feeling in my head.... I feel hard heartbeat in my chest while lying down... And sometime drop heart beat.. Why I am feeling so? Is this nerve problem or an with or anything else
