Wife's pregnancy
My wife is pregnant and her 9th month is about to start however the baby's head is still in heart side, is it necessary to get the head down during this period? do we need to worry?

You don't need to worry about that. There is something called external rotation of fetus. It is manually done by the doctor to bring the head of the baby downwards. If not successful there are other methods also. Else a cesarean section is done.
