What antibiotics and the dose is required. It is essential to treat typhoid fever completely.
Also please take care and avoid outside water ,food and open contaminated products consumption

This is not a confirmatory test for typhoid.
Blood culture is the test.
However if clinical signs are suggestive of typhoid then it requires treatment for 14 days of oral antibiotics.
If afebrile then can join school but needs to take rest and maintain hydration.
No spicy or oily food for now.
