These test reports and your clinical history is suggestive of enteric fever.
You should take antibiotics proper dose for weight for 14 days course .
Have you got complete blood count and blood culture and sensitivity test done?
If you can share your weight and your blood reports, I may guide you further regarding antibiotics.
