Why is there pain in eyelid corner?

I am a 27-year-old male and I have visible dark spots on my face that looks like a deep mark that came out of burning the skin. It looks horrible and I want to get rid of it ASAP. It spoils my look and it affects my brightness. For that, I want to know how to remove black spots on the face for men. Can someone help?
