Why is clear gel and doxycycline used
It's prescribed by doctor what is the use and side effect?
I had a hot boil kind of a thing on my chin 6 and on my chin 1 and below side of virginal are 1 so doctor precribed this medicine why is it used and what has happened

doxycycline is an antibiotic and must have been prescribed for the infection. Doxycyline as an antibiotic can cause some stomach upset and increased photosensitivity - so ideally use sunscreen while on it. Clear gel probably contains clindamycin which is also an antibiotic. Just applying it locally is safe and there is nothing to worry. Hope this was helpful.
