Sir , smoked weed ,at starting it felt good.but now I am feeling kind of lazy and dull.and I am slightly feeling fever

So I have fever since last 4 days. After tests, figured out it's dengue but it's mild. My platelets count is 1,80,000. Now, the fever has subsided but the problems in stomach exists. I am already having medicines prescribed by our family doctor(for gastroenteritis, fever and digestion). I wanted to know, can I smoke weed now? I can't ask my family
