Since 45 days I am suffering from white tounge and sticky saliva only in troat causing coughing help

Hi There can be 2 possibilities ist can be acid reflux or 2nd can respiratory problem. We have to find out what is it. Meanwhile  you try with salt water gargling or betadine gargling.
