  4. White tongue. What could this be sir?

I have a coating on my entire tongue only coating nothing else my concern is that i had a unprotected sex 8 weeks ago and i take antibiotics for prostatitis for 2 weeks and 1 week for impacted tooth then the coating appeared and it is still in my tongue what could this be sir?
