White particles floating in urine and feeling like some itching inside urethra... Previous diagnosis with e coli bacteria 2 months back... Next urine report is normal with pus cells 1-2
Is it UTI or something else even I have very slight pain in right testicle

No UTI you need burning frequency , and difficulty passing urine with pus cells more than 5 in urine, for diagnosis of UTI
