White spots
On my shoulder i found some white spots.when i consult a Doctor she told its fungal infection and gave some ointment(onabet)to apply and soap(ketoconazole) to apply.but i can see there is no improvement.could you please suggest me what i need to do as it keeps on spreading

do you have it only on the shoulder or are they also present on the chest and back? Have you also taken some oral treatment for the same? If you want you can consult online with me by sending the pictures and the above details so I can examine and see what the issue is and then advise you about it accordingly.
