White spots on face

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hello doctor, I have this problem since childhood. I initially get small acne type of bubble on my face which later into white spots and leaves a white stain on my face (esp. Cheeks ) which looks very odd. Pls suggest solution to this problem...any natural remedy or medication
