White spot in throat

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hi, I have a white spot in throat from past one month. It doesnt cause any pain or uneasiness. But i frequently get ulcers in throat or red tonsils. I also have problem of bad breath on waking up since the time i have this white spot. Please check pic as attached and advise

It is Tonsillar keratosis. Not a serious condition. May be neglected. Could express out the plugs with a blunt instrument Eg: Tooth brush handle or a flat ice-cream stick end.
